Grade 12- Financial / Accounting Qualification with appropriate Experience & Business Skills
Willing to travel – Local & International
Valid driver’s License
Must have Pastel Accounting / MS Office / Publisher / CRM Software
Fully Bilingual – English, Afrikaans- French would be an advantage
Previous Experience in a Agri-Business Environment
Reporting to the General Manager in SA & the Financial Director
All Sales staff & Customer Relations Officers will report to the Financial Manager
Implement & Maintenance of Effective Accounting Procedures & Control Systems in Accordance with the Company Policy
Processing of Cash Books, Ledgers etc.
Debtors & Creditors Management
Stock Management
Ensure that Internal Control Procedures are Established & Maintained
Drive Optimal Cash Management & Risk Management Strategies
Drive Yearly Budget Process
Ensure Precise & Accurate follow up through the year
Financial Management Reporting
Financial Sales Administration
Responsible for Payroll
Handling of the Legal matters & general administration
Provide support to the General Manager & Financial Director
Ensure Accurate Reporting of Costs & Identify Savings potential
